If you’re in Wilson’s Corner, take South Orange Boulevard (State Highway 431) south. After you pass Wilson Elementary School on your left, continue another 1.1 miles. Turn left onto H E Thomas Jr. Parkway, following the signs for I-4. Turn right onto International parkway after about 0.3 of a mile, just after the Walgreens on your right. Continue about 2.3 miles, and then turn left onto West Lake Mary Boulevard, just after the Shell gas station on your left. Continue east on West Lake Mary Boulevard about 1 mile, passing the Burger King on your right. Do a U-turn at Sun Drive to head back west on West Lake Mary Boulevard. Turn right at the traffic light just past the BP/Circle K gas station on your right. Drive about 300 feet, and Action Gator Tire will be on your right. If you’re near Orlando Sanford International Airport, take Red Cleveland Boulevard south toward East Lake Mary Boulevard. Turn right on East Lake Mary Boulevard. Continue about 7 miles, passing under the interchange with FL-417, Boulevard Plaza on your right, Seminole State College on your left, Lake Mary on your left, Lake Mary Elementary School on your left, and then the Shoppes of Lake Mary shopping center on your left. If you’re in Altamonte Springs, take East Altamonte Drive (FL-436) west, passing Altamonte Mall on your right. Turn right to merge onto I-4 East. Continue on I-4 East for about 6.1 miles, then use the right 2 lanes to take Exit 98 toward Lake Mary/Heathrow. Use the right two lanes to turn right onto West Lake Mary Boulevard, and drive about 0.5 of a mile, passing the Bank of America on your right. Good service. During a road trip, the tire light came on and when we tried to put air in it, it didn't seem to be holding air. Went to have the tire repaired. They were honest after checking it saying there wasn't anything wrong with the tire. Rather than trying to sell us a new tire, they just checked all of them and made sure they were secure and had the same pressure. Very polite and nice technician. I'd recommend this shop for local service!!

Awesome people unfortunately I didn’t catch the guys name that helped me but I stopped by and asked if someone could look at my tire because I had a nail hanging out. The guy came right out with me and had a look and ran back in and grabbed some pliers and spray and it hadn’t punctured my tire so there was no leak! I asked if I owed anything he said nope! Great service honest and friendly.

Brought two cars here and was very pleased With how informative and helpful everyone was, Me and my wife still talk about this place. the level of customer service was beyond what we had expected they treated us like family and explain every detail and helped us to understand exactly what they were going to and find prices that fits in our budget, better than the dealership we bought our cars from so with that said we have decided not to take our cars back to the dealership for services we’re only taking our cars here. Sean and the team did a marvelous job thanks Action Gators Lake Mary. You got our business and thanks for taking care of our friends we sent your way, they had no complaints. Loved this place! As a women with very little knowledge on tires or, to be honest, cars in general, I was scared to go for tires. Many other places had reviews where the employees would try to sell you unnecessary items and get pushy or mean if you didnt buy. Not here. The staff here made me feel comfortable asking questions and did not push me to purchase anything other then the two tires and alignment I requested. I recommend Action Gator Tire to anyone who needs a fast, friendly, trustworthy, fairly priced place for tires or other services. Thanks guys!!

I just wanted to rave about how amazing my experience was yesterday when taking my car in. I’ve been to many different car shops and this one is by far the best. Their customer service was impeccable with everyone who walked through the door. I Almost wished They didn’t finish my car as fast as they did. A few of the staff that stood out were Shane, Nick and Sean! The company is blessed to have such wonderful employees.

On Saturday 2/9/19 I called Gator Tire Lake Mary when I discovered that I had a nail in a tire that I had just bought from them weeks earlier. They told me that they had just closed at 1:00, it was 1:15. I begged them, telling them my wife was in a wedding in Daytona later that day, and that I could be there in 10 minutes. Sean said, come on, we'll wait. Wow! I raced to the store and they quickly repaired the tire. These days, you just don't find businesses that "go the extra mile" any more. GT of Lake Mary does!Both Sean and Shane deserve this 5-star review because they really did go above and beyond for me that day! I will continue to bring my business to them and suggest you do too! This is how all shops should be run! The staff were professional and courteous and the service was fast and thorough. They went above and beyond in explaining what should be done and what could wait without trying to push a sale. They even helped find obscure parts for my 32 year old car! From now on this is the only place I will go for repairs and service. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Gator Tires in Lake Mary. Shawn and Shane are both very kind and helpful. Twice I have used them to replace flat tires and both times were equally a very pleasant experience. They take their time to answer any of your questions and get the work done in a timely fashion and are very thorough.

I've come to this location regularly for 2 years since moving to the area. It's rare to find a mechanics shop that will be up front about what the issues are without trying to jam up sells down your throat. I needed my engine checked out and was told there would be a 90$ diagnostic fee, which I had already agreed to pay, they figured out the issue without running diagnostics, then waived the fee for me.Awesome place, I will keep going back.

I would recommend Action Gator Tire in Lake Mary. We have a fleet of 13 vehicles and they always take good care of them. I called yesterday and they emailed me 3 quotes so I would have a price comparison and see the spec details of the tires and the total price for each selection. Once I picked the tires I wanted I let them know and they told me to drop it off in the morning and they would have them put on the vehicle (I didn't call until late in the afternoon). I dropped it off and they called me a little while later to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. Their shop is clean and the guys are always polite. I would definitely use them if you need some new tires!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and inexpensive. They handled fixing my breaks for me in a few hours when everyone else told me it would take all day. I have been coming to Action Gator in Lake Mary for a few months for various things now and they have always been super helpful. Sometimes it can take a little while if they are very busy but they will let you know so you can plan accordingly. The store manager Jeremy always explains everything to me and gives me a good quote ahead of time. The other guys are very helpful as well. I cannot remember everyone's names off the top of my head but Mike remembered me when I came in and greeted me by name this morning. One of the guys showed me a Honda book today too and was so nice showing me about the pulley I needed. I will be coming back for sure. Thanks so much guys! I appreciate it!

The Lake Mary location is an excellent value for your money. Mike has always been cordial, direct, and searches for the best deal possible. I have high end Michelin Pilot Super Sport Run flats, his quote came in 17% less than the dealer quote. Jeremy, the store manager is a tire expert with wisdom and expertise well beyond his years. If it can be done, he figures out a way to do it. if I had 75 thumbs, they'd all be up! These guys are friendly, professional, honest and very reasonable. It is what it is.

My truck needed a lot of work done. I knew that and read the reviews for multiple shops in the area. Action gator had the best, so I decided to give them a try. Let me tell you that I was not disappointed. First of all, I thought I knew what was wrong and told them. They said they would take a look and let me know. Mike was great, he had the mechanic look at it and it ended up being less work than I thought. At which point he quoted me a price and I agreed. They could have easily overcharged me and said things were wrong that were not. They didn't. They are very honest and I respect that. On top of all of that, I paid less than he quoted. I highly recommend them for any service they offer and am very pleased with the work done. They deserve 6 stars. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend them. I needed four new tires. They had a great deal for the tires, free alignment and a $50 online rebate. They completed the job in 1hr 30 mins. While I sat and waited I watched the 70"s show. I left with a smile on my face.

I would highly recommend bringing your car into this location. They were able to get my car in and out quickly. The store manager was extremely knowledgeable when explaining the recommendations and was very patient with me and all my questions. I felt like he genuinely wanted to inform me on my car and educate me on preventive maintenance, not just upsell me. It was also very affordable!

I went to get my oil changed & I guess they luckily do a tire inspection as well. I say luckily because I had a nail in my rear R tire & didn't know! Thankfully the manager Jeremy had a great, reasonably priced tire in stock for me & changed it. Also upon checking my other tires he said I could keep the others but they're not going to last too much longer. Due to excellent customer service & his knowledge on his inventory & my kind of car I ended up replacing all of my tires . Will definitely be trusting Lake Mary Action Gator Tire with my car from now on.

I had a flat tire and was not near my home. My spare was also in bad shape. I got to the shop around 5:30pm, but they closed at 6pm. At first they said I could leave it and pick up the next day, but when I mentioned I was out of town, they said they would take care of it. In less than an hour, I had two new tires on my car. The staff was very helpful, and the price was good. Definitely recommended.
