Is it Time to Replace My Tires?

Not sure whether it’s time for new tires? The simplest way to find out is to place a penny upside down between the tire treads. If you can see the top of Lincoln’s head, it’s time for new tires. You should also replace any tire that:

  • Has a bulge or split
  • Is too damaged to repair
  • Has less than 1/16” of tread
  • Is cracked so much you can see cord or fabric
  • Three or more tread wear indicators are visible
